Our process began with an intensive competitive analysis, conducted collaboratively with SonderMind's key stakeholders over several weeks. Based on these insights, we developed a strategic user flow and prototype that prioritized conversion optimization. Our design team created a fresh visual identity that enhanced the user experience while maintaining brand integrity. The site was built using Gatsby framework and Strapi headless CMS, providing SonderMind's team with efficient content management capabilities and brand control.
